Parking Deck:

  • Schedule the elevator and complete the punch list.

Phase 2

  • Ground rough-ins are complete and compacted.

  • Masonry walls are in progress.

  • Area F waterproofing and backfilling are in progress.

  • Mechanical and electrical rough-ins are ongoing.

  • Preparing exterior floors for cold weather conditions.

  • Concession stand is awaiting the SOE permit, which is currently with MC.

  • Currently installing Walls 9, 2, 13, and 12.

  • Relocating Wall 2 disrupts the layout due to a manhole conflict.

  • Storm drain work will resume after the new year.

  • Working on Grading of the football field.
