Parking Deck:

  • MCPS wants the lower level of the garage to be completed for the basketball home games, first game is on 12/5

Phase 2

  • Continuing electrical and mechanical underground rough-ins in areas G & F

  • Installing CMU walls in area G

  • Finishing up grade beams in area G

  • Backfilling area G

  • Next week laying stone for the aux gym slab on grade in area G, pouring the slab soon after that

  • Installing waterproofing in area F

  • Backfilling area F

  • Continuing with concrete footings in area F

  • Continuing CMU walls in area F

  • Slab for orchestra pit in area F has been poured

  • Still waiting on SOE permit for the concession stand/wall 15/wall 11

    • Hess will be forwarding the permit information to Chris/MCPS 

  • Wall 8 has been backfilled

  • Wall 10 is being backfilled currently

  • Continuing to build and backfill walls 12 and 9

  • Installing underground pipe at walls 12 and 9 and at the football stadium

  • Continuing to grade the football field

  • Installing sewer along the grandstand in two weeks

    • Hess will be contacting WSSC about the onsite pre-con

  • Visitor grandstand footings will be installed soon after underground lines have been completed
