Building Envelope Enclosure is Approaching

Earthwork, concrete, masonry, underground utilities, steel, site retaining walls, waterproofing, cold-formed metal framing are all ongoing as the ductwork, sprinkler work, and roof preparation begin.

  • Pushing forward on concrete floor pours, mainly on the First Floor. Foundation pours move to the building’s West side, and then, masonry walls will be built.

  • Steel erections are moving along the West side of the building.

  • Site retaining walls along the south side of the property are ongoing.

  • Plumbing and electrical rough-ins continue to follow the concrete foundations and metal deck installations.

  • Waterproofing follows the ongoing installation of the masonry and concrete walls.

  • Cold-formed metal framing is currently being installed on the North exterior wall of the building.

  • Roof preparation has begun with the installation of the wood blocking.

  • Ductwork and sprinkler pipe installations are starting on the North end of the new school.
