Geopier Crews Return for Upper Level
Earthwork, concrete, masonry, underground utilities, steel, site retaining walls, and waterproofing are ongoing, as the cold-formed metal framing begins.
Currently prepping ground floor concrete slab on grade at the South end of the building. Preparing the North end of the 1st floor for concrete foundations.
Steel erections are moving along at the center of the building.
Site retaining walls at the south end of the property are ongoing.
Plumbing/ electrical rough-ins are following our concrete foundations and metal deck installations.
Waterproofing follows the ongoing installation of the masonry and concrete walls.
Cold-formed metal framing started working on the mockup sample. The interior building layout and wall construction will begin this month.
