May 2025:

Phase 1:

• Complete installation of tennis court fencing

• Install counter tops inside the greenhouse

• Start striping for tennis and pickleball courts

Parking Deck:

• Poured the last slab on grade portion of the lower level in the garage

• Install light fixtures on the lower level

• Install CMU wall on the lower level, underneath the ramp

• Install CMU walls for the elevator machine room, water service room, and electric room on the lower level

• Handrails for the two stairs were installed

Phase 2:

• Excavate and pour footings for the concrete retaining wall within the phase 2 building
