June heat keeps project rolling

Windows near completion, as the west façade is now completely encased.
Drywall is now being installed in the lower level of the building, working its way up to the top floors.
Tiling has started in the kitchen and the lower-level bathrooms.
Geofoam is being used to establish the contours of the courtyard.
