Phase 2:

• Aux gym joists and decking have been installed.

• Steel supports for the gym equipment is installed and overhead mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough ins are on going.

• Currently working on pointing up the exterior of the block blocks at the aux gym.

• Steel and decking are in place for the ground floor of area G.

• Interior masonry for ground floor area G will be starting soon.

• Area F steel for the set work shop and dressing rooms has been set.

• Continuing to set steel in area F where the practice studio will be.

• Continuing on foundation work at the front of the building.

• Interior block walls inside the orchestra pit have been installed.

• Football field has been graded and underground utilities installed.

• Currently working on installing the perimeter trench drain for the field.

• MUSCO stadium lights have been installed. 

• Walls 1, 2, and 12 are complete.

• Installing walls 13 and 15 currently. 

• Concession stand concrete walls are installed.

• Currently working on the remaining footings of the concession stand.

• Continuing to run underground electric throughout the football stadium.
